Sree Bell App – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sree Bell mobile application and related services operated by ZateAds (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

By accessing or using the Sree Bell application (“Service”), You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with parental or legal guardian consent.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, You may be required to create an Account.

You agree to:

  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

Sree Bell provides digital services including (but not limited to):

  • User account management

  • Location-based features (with permission)

  • All payments must be completed through approved payment methods.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

6. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time:

  1. Open the App

  2. Go to My Account / Profile

  3. Click the Popup Menu (top right corner)

  4. Select Delete Account

Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our system, except where retention is required by law.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We collect only necessary data to provide and improve our Service.

8. Location Data

If enabled by you, we may collect location information to provide enhanced features.

You can disable location access anytime from your device settings.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, software, and materials in the App are owned by or licensed to the Company.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Modify

  • Distribute

  • Reverse engineer

any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide uninterrupted and secure services. However:

  • The Service is provided “as is”

  • We do not guarantee error-free operation

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
